Probiotic Green Smoothie

We have this smoothie either for breakfast or lunch just about every single day.  It took a while to perfect it, but what we have found is that it is probiotic rich, phytonutrient dense, and packed with essential nutrients.

Makes one serving

  • 75ml keifer
  • 75ml coconut milk
  • 75ml water
  • ½ peiece of fruit (apple, banana, mango, orange etc.)
  • 1 serving Genessentials Greens (or any green supplement)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 30g mixed nuts
  • 1 serving Omega-3 oil
